ok. summing up everything i have done today. woke up at like 2, dreadful cramps which made me stay on the bed almost the whole afternoon. the only time i got off was to eat my lunch. and to leave my house for dinner at granny's. at even at my granny's, i pretty much had my butt stuck on to the sofa cause it freaking hurts more when you stand. that applies to me, not sure about the rest.
and now im back home sitting again.

i have not even started studying for my test tmr cause of cramps.
i have to start!
